Geoff Guidry has been in real estate since 1999 and he knew right away that it was the perfect career for him, because it allowed him to base a career around helping people. As a broker, Geoff is versatile and works with clients looking to buy or sell new construction, resale, multi-family and everything in between. He is based in the Tri-Cities and focuses on Pasco and the surrounding areas, including Kennewick, Richland, West Richland, Benton City and Prosser. Geoff also has extensive experience in residential and commercial development so he can help clients with land sales and acquisition by identifying the best use and then connecting his clients with the right buyer or seller.
Geoff likes approaching a transaction with numbers in hand. Geoff’s clients appreciate his level of commitment to them, unwavering honesty and transparency, and knowledge of real estate and the local market. As a cancer survivor Geoff donates to several cancer funds and has volunteered to help others dealing with cancer to find the right doctors, education about their condition and resources to help with recovery and longevity.
In and out of a professional environment, Geoff aims for lifelong learning. He speaks English and Spanish and is currently studying Russian. He also enjoys music and playing piano. Geoff grew up in the mountains of north Idaho and he lives for fishing, camping and anything outdoors.
